It depends upon what job you're doing and where you work. A CEO could make over $1 million per year. A department manager or supervisor with a DBA could make as little as $50,000 in a small company.

As an uncertain undergraduate, i am seeking career advice

As an uncertain undergraduate, i am seeking career advice?
I am about to complete an MA in Management and Marketing in Edinburgh, but my dissertation looks unpromising and I might have to leave with a BA instead. With loads of talent and a bright personality, will this affect my future to a worrying degree?

typically a 2 year degree would be some type of associate degree - associate of arts (AA) or associate of science (AS)

3
If this 2-year degree is your first college degree (requires no previous college work), then it is an associates degree (AA or AS). If you already have a 4-year college degree and are entering a non-associates two year program, it's most likely a masters degree (MS or MA). Masters programs require a 4-year college degree to apply; associates do not.

How can I get my academic credentials accepted in the US

How can I get my academic credentials accepted in the US?
I recently moved from London California, USA. I have a MA Tourism Management degree from London and a Bachelor of Tourism degree from Kampala, Uganda. My worry is that most employers don't accept my papers. Does any one know any agency that can translate my papers to US equivalent? Please advice me on what I can do. Thanks

Consult with the U.S embassy in U.K.They are very helpful.

The UK degree will be acceptable to US employers. The Ugandan degree might normally not be, but because it was accepted by the UK university, that may make it acceptable to most US employers. You can have your educational credentials certified as their US equivalents via an educatoinal credential evaluation company, like this one: http://www.ece.org/ If you do this now, you can mention in your cover letter to employers that your foreign degrees are the equivalents of those in the US, and that you've had that certified. This should put to rest any concerns that US employers might have about your degrees.
