Any opinions on Professional Property Management in Methuen, MA

Any opinions on Professional Property Management in Methuen, MA?
I'm thinking of renting my condo but don't want to deal with interviewing tennants and writing up a lease agreement on my own. Has anyone used a property management company or realtor in the Methuen area that they would recommend?

Unfortunately I am not in your locale, however I would recommend asking a local realtor for a recommendation.

Which University is good for Msc/MA International Business Management, but doesn't cost a 40k+ in tuition

Which University is good for Msc/MA International Business Management, but doesn't cost a 40k+ in tuition?
Hi there, As mentioned in the title I'd like to study a MA/Msc in International Business (and) Management. It's gonna be either in the UK or in the US. For the UK I've picked my Uni's I'll apply to, but for the US I've got mildly said no clue. I know the Top 20 Uni's in the Field of Business, but they are too expensive. I can't get funding for more than 40k USD tuition in total (40k max. for total time, no matter if it's 12, 18 or 24 months). For comparison, UK typical tuition is around 15k USD - if there's something close to that it would be amazing :) Therefore I'd like to ask for recommendations here :) If you know, I would love a few comments around typical characteristics - Quality of faculty staff, Prof's that promote new ways of thinking, Social life... Just to avoid confusion, the 40k limit concerns only the tuition itself. For living costs I have separate funding that covers about 15k per year, which should be enough.

SUNY Binghamton has a really good business program (ranked in businessweek or something), but you will not find tuition plus room and board lower than 20,000 anywhere since you are out of state. Your best bet would be to look at other state schools in the US such as indiana, penn state, maryland etc because private schools are too expensive.

click model management in boston ma?
Has anyone signed with, or heard anything about click models in boston? Also, is submitting online the only way to send in pictures, or do they also have open calls/drop by? Any advice on what type's of photos they are looking for? Thanks!

Click is one of the top agencies in the US. Over the years they have represented Uma Thurman, Elle MacPherson and Isabella Rossellini. Their website does not list any open call dates or times so you need to submit online. You could always try calling the office to ask Honestly, I wouldn't send in pictures now. So many people are on vacation and I'm sure they are getting thousands of pics because people are off school/work this week, and you'll probably just end up in a pile and not get noticed. I'd wait a few weeks after New Years so they have time to clear out their Inboxes and you have a better chance of getting noticed They want 2 pictures - normally that's a heashot facing forward, and a full body shot in fitted clothing or a swimsuit

I am in the US so I don't know the colleges, but check out the alumni network and how much they are involved in the college. That's key in a business school. I graduated from Columbia Business School, and the alumni network is one of the most valuable aspects of the experience. See if you can speak with alumni before you make up your mind.

highly unlikely that there would be one. Even if there was it would be almost 99.999999% be unaccrediated in which case there is really no point of u taking that program anyways.

I don't know of any standard MBAs in NYC that don't require the GMAT. However, in the US, some "executive MBAs" don't require the GMAT if you have a certain amount of work experience. You could check to see if any executive MBAs are offered in NYC, and see if they require the GMAT. I'm sure I don't know all the schools that have an executive MBA in NYC, but ones that I know do include Baruch College, Columbia, NYU, Pace, St. Joseph's College, Fordham, Polytechnic University, Wagner College, Metropolitan College of NY, and Hofstra, which is just outside the city. You'll need to check the quality of each program, its accreditation status re: AACSB, and whether or not each requires the GMAT of its executive MBA candidates.
