Wow just 4 years! I did 12 years of retail. One word it stinks!!! I went into anything with customer service (banking (nice hours), medical field), telecommucations. I would just put tons of resume with anything with customer service. You will be suprised in companies that want the solid background of retail. Now I'm into car accident for major companies vehicles. Its great! Great hours and boy the stories are awsome! Good Luck

I have a BA in English from Union College (Barbourville, KY). I graduated in 2000 with the honor of Magna Cum Laude with a GPA 3.76. I am currently a graduate student at Monmouth University in New Jersey working on my MA in English. I have 5.5 years of experience with the United States Department of Justice, specifically with the Federal Bureau of Prisons as a Correctional Officer. I also spent 5 years part time with a small, rural healthcare system in Kentucky and assisted with their grant writing and fundraising. I am a Certified Grants Specialist and hold a Certificate in Fund Raising Management from the University of Indiana's Center on Philanthropy.

I could introduce you to a Health Product line that is usually sold in person but could be sold on-line, but you would have to figure out how to set up a web site or advertising. It would cost you about $35.00 for the initial sales kit and shipping costs. E-mail me if you want further information.

How does a degree affect getting a job

How does a degree affect getting a job?
I'm currently studying Entrepreneurship (management+accounting+economics) in a university in the UK and will end up getting a MA(Hons) [which is a bachelors' degree] after all the hard work. Now, after this I'd like to go to the U.S. to work in a managerial position (starting from trainee manager if nothing else).. Now, what kind of degrees do employers require in such positions? i.e. would I have to have a masters degree? And does anyone know a good website for these type of issues/whatever-you-might-describe-it-as?

A bachelors would be fine.

a bachelor (or equivalent) is all it takes to be in management training, a degree in a specialized filed, like accounting can put you in to management immediately

How can I become more time efficient

How can I become more time efficient?
I swear to God I need some time management techniques or I will waste my life away. Even though I have an MA degree in Clinical Psychology from a top school, I cannot seem to get myself organized now that I am no longer a student. I don't have a job and I live with my dad in the Bay Area. Most days I do nothing productive. I have always been the kind of person who will not do much if nobody makes me. I want to be more proactive and independent, but I don't know where to start. On top of that I have severe sleeping problems and am starting to develop anxiety and depression. Please give me some concrete advice on things I can do to jump-start my life!

Plan your work, drink tea in the mornimg then take a pice of paper or a book and write down what needs to be done. Then write down the appoximate time you will need to do it.then you will know what to do.look at your list and number it so you will know what to do first and what needs attention. NB:keep a break in the middle so you can rest or drink somthing.by doing this often you will get the hang of it and walah!!! you have done it.good luck.
