If anybody would know of anger management classes in your area it would be the National Alliance for the Mentally ILL. On their site you can find your local chapter and their phone number. They offer support and have all of the referrals in your area>

I'm going to be blunt, but you asked, okay? "Procurement and acquisitions management" sounds like BS, and I don't mean the degree. I'm surprised a university even offers graduate degrees in something that, on the face of it, means nothing to most people. The fact that you have six or more years of college training and still come to Yahoo! Answers for some direction is an indicator that you yourself don't know what good it is. Sorry, but you asked.

I'm looking for a grad school to make my either MBA or MA in management. But i need a school which would not require GMAT for admission. Is it possible to get admission only with TOEFL if I have 3.7 GPA from ugrad school? Thanks in advance:)
