I already have a BA in English and in Spanish, as well as an MA in English and an MS in Management. I would like to become a high school teacher (US). What programs should I look into - Master of Education, bachelor's level work in education, etc? I would especially appreciate help from current high school teachers.

You need to be certified to teach at the secondary level. Call the Personnel Office of your local school district and ask for help in getting certification information. Just to be sure, check your state department website for requirements for certification. You sound well qualified in terms of content, but they make you take a course in English education. That's a guess. Every state is different.

Certification varies greatly from state to state. You can check with your local department of education or the state department to find the exact qualifications for cerfification. In my state - you would do a 5th year teaching cerfificate program, which would essentially give you a masters in education. Most colleges that have an education program can tell you exactly what you need to do to be certified. With the content knowledge that you have - you shouldn't have a problem getting a job. It's just a matter of getting that paper that says you can teach. Good luck!!
